Postby ivydutang2000 » Wed Mar 03, 2010 7:17 pm

To whom it may concern,
I have a problem about my knee, this is the 1time, it made me so hard for walking, sitting on floor without chair, or going up and down by stair, i took MRI already but the doctor said there are some minor on my knee, no need to take medicine, it will heal by itself later, for me i have to wrap my knee with elastic wrap when walking all the time, so i just wonder if i buy the Inferno wrap for using my knee at home and freezie wrap when walking, is this helpful for my knee or not? because i don't take any medicine right now, before that it was swollen and red, the doctor gave me kind: Celebrex for 1 a day for 3 weeks, but after that no more medicine used. I really appreciate if u let me know if i can buy The Inferno wrap using at home and the Freezie wrap when walking is that ok for my knee. The result from MRI said:
- There is a small focal intrameniscal tear at the posterior horn of the medial meniscus.
- There is possible chronic sprain with partial tear seen of the anterior cruciate ligaments.
- Minimal joint effusion.
It ok for me, but still bother me when walking, so i'm very very careful when walking. I hope your products effective for me to use.
The second about my elbow, right now i can go to work because of my elbow, the doctor said :
- 726.32 LATERAL EPICONDYLITIS L
- 841.8 SPRAIN ELBOW/ FOREARM NEC L
They give some pain killer but i don't use it, my friend lend me the ultrasound from Mendmeshop, i use twice a day ea/10', and i want to buy the Freezie wrap for elbow when doing something, is it ok and helpful for my elbow, that 's all i want to know, can you help me and can make decision what i have to buy. Thank you very much and have a good day

Hello Ivy,

I'm sorry to hear about all of the issues you've been having with your knee and elbow pain. I sincerely believe that you will be able to experience some relief after applying a few of our products to your soft tissue injuries.

We recommend that individuals use the Freezie Wrap products for injuries within the first 24-72 hours to immediately treat pain and swelling. After about 2 to 3 weeks Blood Flow Stimulation Therapy and Therapeutic Portable Ultrasound treatments are ideal to reduce inflammation, increase blood flow (which is especially important for your meniscus injury) and soften any scar tissue that is apparent in your elbow and knee injuries. At this point the Inferno Wrap and Portable Ultrasound System will benefit your injuries most and promote healing to your damaged soft tissue. The Freezie Wrap should only be used on an "as needed" basis, after any form of activity that has increased swelling in or around your knee or elbow.

If you require compression to support your injury while walking, make sure you remove either the gel pack insert from the Freezie Wrap or the Energy Web from the Inferno Wrap when you plan to wear the compression wraps for long periods of time. Freezie Wrap treatments should never exceed 20 minutes, and you should never apply compression while administering Inferno Wrap treatments.

I would recommend that you purchase our Elbow and Knee Inferno Wraps as well as our MendMeShop Portable Ultrasound unit in order to get your treatment schedule started. I do not think you will get a lot of use out of a Freezie Wrap, however you may find this wrap is helpful to have on hand to treat any severe pain or swelling that you experience.

I hope I have adequately answered all of your questions, if you require any additional assistance please feel free to contact one of our knowledgeable customer service representatives toll free at 1-866-237-9608 or phone us directly at 1-705-445-3505.

Best of luck to you and Happy Healing!
